Coaching for
13 years and older
Generation Next
Coaching helps young people to strengthen their self-confidence and believe more in themselves and their own abilities in a time when comparisons and demands are high. Coaching provides an opportunity to pause, get to know themselves better, realize their own strengths and what is needed to feel better and achieve milestones.
Challenges vary. Do you want to practice speaking in front of others, give a great presentation at school or stand up confidently and give a speech at the confirmation? Do you want to achieve more success in the sport you play, be more confident in competition or learn to deal with pressure? Do you want to be able to answer for yourself, set goals or stand by yourself in relationships with others? In coaching, we train your mind in the direction you want it to go. We work with thoughts, attitudes and goals so that you can face situations with more security, calmness and self-confidence, both in school, sports and everyday life.

What we do in class
Coaching is based on the individual and what the person wants to strengthen. The coach asks questions, listens and helps the young person see things more clearly and from more perspectives. The sessions are based on conversations and simple exercises that support finding solutions, making decisions and strengthening self-confidence. The coaching is about what the young person wants to work on at their own pace and on their own terms.
