At the beginning of the course, you will make a detailed assessment of your leadership skills, followed by a plan on how to work on the areas that need attention.

Planning

Local course: Once a week for 3.5-4 hours at a time for a total of 8 sessions Remote training: Once a week for 2 hours at a time for a total of 10 sessions.

In both courses, the first session is a Kick-off session and the last session is a follow-up session that takes place approximately 4 weeks after the course ends.
