Local course – We meet once a week , 3.5-4 hours at a time, 8 sessions in total.
Remote training – We meet on Zoom once a week , 2 hours at a time, 10 times in total.
We start with power! The first session is a Kick-off session where we lay the foundation and light the spark.
We continue to grow! The last session is a follow-up session approximately 4 weeks after the course ends – to ensure you are applying what you learned in the real world .
