In this course, we lay the foundation for responsibility and awareness of the importance of shaping one’s own strategy for the future. We face ourselves, our strengths and limitations and set ourselves clear and realistic goals. We train ourselves to see challenges as opportunities to grow and reach further
During the high school years there are often big changes in our lives and it tests us in new ways, for example in communication with friends and family. It is also important to prioritize correctly so that we choose the best for us and manage to deal with stress and anxiety.Through the training, we also improve our communication skills and become better at speaking in front of groups and giving presentations. By purposefully stepping out of our comfort zone, we boost our confidence and dare more! Self-image is strengthened with more positive experiences of ourselves and we become more powerful leaders in our environment.

This is for high school aged youth who want to be leaders in their own lives, show their inner potential, build courage and generally feel better in their own skin.

Autumn and winter courses are 9 sessions over a 10-week period, once a week. 8 times in 4 hours. and two weeks later there is a return time, which is 1.5 hours. The summer course has 9 sessions. 2 times a week for 4 weeks and a return period of two weeks after discharge.

Most colleges value the courses for credit as they are ISO certified with clear learning objectives. The courses are 33 hours long with 8 intermediate sessions or about 40 hours in total. An international graduation certificate is accepted by most secondary schools.
