Working with children requires discretion, which is why we have a clear code of conduct that coaches and assistants follow along with submitting a criminal record. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<ol class=\"EthicsPanel__content\">\n<li>We treat all participants on an individual basis and on their own terms. We keep proximity in mind and provide contactless support. <\/li>\n<li>We encourage participants to cooperate and teach them to take responsibility for their own behavior and progress.<\/li>\n<li>Let us be fair, caring, and honest towards participants and show respect to all participants.<\/li>\n<li>Let's keep in mind to be a good role model and only form relationships on professional terms.<\/li>\n<li>Comment on threatening or violent incidents.<\/li>\n<li>Let us not suffer from mental or physical violence.<\/li>\n<li>We never undertake to drive practitioners, either to intermediate meetings or courses, without parental permission, either in writing or by speaking to the parents themselves. A coach or assistant should not be alone in a closed space with participants.<\/li>\n<li>We treat participants with care during the course and in meetings. Let's draw clear boundaries between supporting participants and our personal lives and time.<\/li>\n<li>Respect age restrictions regarding participants' use of alcohol, tobacco, and unsupervised gatherings. We do not hold breakout sessions at restaurants that sell alcohol.<\/li>\n<li>We maintain the utmost confidentiality with participants and assistants and take care of data related to the course.
